16th Annual TKAA Kayak Fish for Charity Tournament benefiting Heroes on the Water & Project Healing Waters.
TOURNAMENT DATE: September 26, 2020 to Benefit:
HEROES ON THE WATER & PROJECT HEALING WATERS
This is a non-profit event and net proceeds will benefit Heroes on the Water & Project Healing Waters. These are two great organizations that use kayak fishing as a means to help rehabilitate our wounded warriors. Men and woman from these groups will participate in our tournament and your support is crucial. For more information on the good work being done please check out their websites.
Divisions include:
Saltwater Division: Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Striper)
Saltwater Slam. (One each of Redfish, Flounder, & Speckled Trout.
Freshwater Division: Largemouth Bass and Crappie
Entry Fee: $40.00 per angler
Catch, Photo and Release Format. Longest fish wins!
Please READ the rules for proper fish measurement.
Location: Anglers may fish anywhere in the USA provided it is open to the public and is public access (launches). No private ponds, lakes, military bases, etc.
Tournament T shirts will be available at an additional cost. (this includes shipping cost)
If you purchase a shirt it will be sent to the address provided at registration.
All participants will be entered in the raffle. Each angler will have the chance to win ONE item from the raffle items. The KAYAK TBA will be raffled off first so everyone gets a shot at it.
Physical Trophies will be awarded for first, second, and third place depending on number of participants.
Here is what you need to do:
1. Download the app iAngler Tournament
2. Register
3. Do a search and type in TKAA
4. Sign up for the tournament. There are separate entries depending on if you wish to fish saltwater species or freshwater species.
(there will be a button saying it is $40)

Judging will take place by the TKAA Board of Directors and all decisions are final.
In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by time submitted.
TKAA is a non-profit sport fishing club, under section 501 (c) (7) of the Internal Revenue Service.
