These are two great organizations that use kayak fishing as a means to help rehabilitate our wounded warriors. Heroes on the Water helps warriors relax, rehabilitate, and reintegrate through kayak fishing and the outdoors. A 501(c)(3) charity, we provide wellness programs to serve veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders & their families.
Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings.
